Must be made within 30 days of shipment-invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse all other returns.

We do not accept returns for product not purchased directly through our site.

Unopened Selections (outer wrap and outer seal are intact) can be returned for a credit of the invoiced amount less the original shipping & processing charges. In other words, you must return them at your expense and we will not refund or adjust any shipping and processing charges incurred from the original shipment.

Opened selections (outer wrap or other seals have been removed) may be returned only if the product is found to be defective or damaged. A replacement will be sent to you at no charge.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he/she has the necessary equipment to play the DVD or Blu-Ray. Most of our DVDs are region 1.
