Two music legends take the stage in a unique pairing of songs and styles.

“The King of Latin Music,” Tito Puente, performs with his Latin Jazz All-Stars in a set which includes “Oye Como Va,” and more. Then Della Reese, backed by a jazz trio anchored by legendary drummer Louie Bellson, thrills the crowd with her renditions of “Come Rain or Come Shine,” Billie Holiday's “God Bless The Child” and a medley of some of Cole Porter's contributions to the Great American Songbook, plus a guest appearance by renowned trumpeter Clark Terry.

This exciting and entertaining “Evening of Jazz” took place on board the SS Norway in October 1993 celebrating the Charlie Parker Memorial Foundation Lifetime Achievement Awards.
